Calendar.AI’s Meeting Scheduler can help you save a lot of time when you need to schedule meetings with other people.
Simply set what is your availability during the week, and share your smart scheduling page with people you would like to meet. Then, they select a time for the meeting (only from your available times) and a calendar event is automatically created!
Try it yourself! to use the Meeting Scheduler take the following steps:
- Tap on the right-hand side icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on “Get Started” and enter your availability during your typical week.
- Choose a nickname for your personal scheduling page.
- Choose the calendar to which you want to add new events.
- Share your scheduling link via email, WhatsApp, or text message.
- Once invitees choose a time to meet, a new calendar event will be created. Don’t worry about missing it, we will notify you!
*Tip: All of the scheduled meetings will appear in the Upcoming tab.
